At Manuka Massage Therapy, we like to offer a treatment that will give you results. Whether you are looking for a relaxing massage or a specific clinical massage for chronic pain, we have you covered. You will be listened to, it is a safe space and you will be treated with care and respect.

Our Services

In our Clinical Massage Protocol. We believe in using a combination of eastern and western practices to get the best results. These will vary depending on what you need on the day.

We use Trigger Point Therapy, Hot stones, Myofascial Release Therapy, Acupressure points, Stretching techniques, Lymphatic Drainage Massage along with Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports massage techniques.

My Passion

My name is Sam and I am passionate about providing pain relief for Chronic Pain conditions. I think we are told these conditions are just something we have to live with, but what if they aren't? what if we can improve your quality of life by reducing your pain and increasing your range of motion?

I am currently studying with JING massage school in Brighton to be an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist.

I already treat a wide range of conditions such as Sciatic Pain, Carpel Tunel, Migraines, Nerve impingement, Leg and Foot Pain, Neck and shoulder pain, the list goes on...so book an appointment with me and we will see what we can do for you.

Back, neck and shoulders

£50

This is the most popular massage as it's where a lot of us hold our stress and tension. We will use some Myofascial techniques, Hot stones and some massage at whatever pressure you would like. This can be purely relaxing and therapeutic or deeper to really work these knots and loosen your muscles. (45mins)

Full Body Massage

£75

This massage is wonderful as it includes the arms and legs, hands and feet. These other areas often get missed out and they are so important! We often don't even realise how much tension is stored in these muscles, with driving, computer work, walking, gym sessions, phone use, manual jobs etc (1hour 15mins)

Hot Stone Massage

£50

This is a back, neck and shoulder massage using hot stone therapy to get heat into the muscles, providing pain relief, boosting circulation and deeply relaxing the mind and body. (45mins)

Spring Special

£49

This massage starts with 10 minutes of Myofascial release including cross-handed stretches and skin rolling techniques, followed by 30 minutes hot stone back, neck and shoulder massage and finishing with a 20 minute Lymphatic Drainage Boost of the face and neck.

This is a wonderful rejuvenating combination (1 hour total)
